Falcao Speaks Up!

Radamel Falcao,perhaps the most talked-about strikers in the recent days,has been linked with a move away from Atletico Madrid for quite a long time now. He has been a regular name on the scoresheet,ever since Porto bought the Colombian from River Plate,3 Years ago. He led Atletico Madrid to their 2nd Europa League in 3 years. He was the tournament's highest goal-scorer,and scored a brace in the finals. Chelsea are said to be very interested in him,and he may be the last piece in Roberto Di Matteo's jigsaw puzzle.Manchester City,Real Madrid and Barcelona are also said to be interested in him.

In an interview at a famous television show 'Punto Pelota' last night,he insisted that he was happy at the Vincente Caledron but refused to rule out a move away from the club,in the transfer window.

When asked about the 'real' Falcao,he said, "Quiet, but at times I have shocks inside me. I Live football with great intensity. In a game I'm not quiet, but eagerly Live." He also revealed his thoughts after winning the 2012 Euorpa League with Atletico Madrid."I remembered childish things. Like when I dreamed of reaching a European final. I realized that all the sacrifice was worth it "

Falcao,was discovered as  a very sentimental person, far from the stereotype of a footballer. While watching images of him as a child,he said,  "When I see a child get excited ..." His eyes turned glassy,and there was nothing to do now. Tears finally broke out,and it was a different Falcao all together.

"I am sensitive, but the past has led me to hide this sensitivity. They say you always have to have a pretty face, but we are human beings. There are times when you do not feel like smiling, but people are not to blame, nor the children when they come. I am equal at home,at the field, and in training ... Beyond fame, sometimes I forget and go out to dinner or a movie as if nothing had happened " .

"Thank God I had people around me who has helped me. I lived with my father's experience of being a football player. As a child,I learned to be balanced, to be neither the best nor the worst " .

When asked whether a person is made or born,to win a Golden Ball,a calm Falcao answered, "You are born with the conditions to be a footballer, if you only have that talent you can not be that successful. With work and effort everything becomes perfect "

Falcao did not hesitate to praise the fans of Atletico . "It's very exciting to play in the Calderón as so many fans come and cheer us." "There are many factors for me to stay this season. They made a strong effort in the club. First,they trusted me when I was at Porto. And now,they are trying to keep me" .

When asked about his future,he replied, "I Do not know what will happen tomorrow,and it does not depend on me. I am very happy with my life here. The relevant persons decide.I cannot confirm that I will play for Atlético next season"

What brought Falcao to Spain? "I would not have been here without my parents, who have helped me a lot since I was in Argentina. And then my wife, without her effort,I would not a professional footballer at this level " .

While talking on his situation at the club,he said, "I do not think about leaving at this time. I want to play this season and hope everything goes well. There are needs in the club and dependence on certain results.There are many factors beyond me.I am happy for what I have done at Atletico Madrid so far . "

Regarding the goals he scored in the Europa League final, in Bucharest earlier this year,he said, "I had to take advantage and look for opportunities.At first, when I closed the angle,I tried to find a partner. Amorebieta backed down and I took the opportunity to shoot .
